About Unison.
Unison was created by a woman who has worked for — and currently works for — large global corporations for many decades. She has seen firsthand how difficult it can be for everyday workers to speak up about pay, conditions, and fairness when their names are attached to every complaint.
After years inside boardrooms, cubicles, warehouses, and break rooms, she believes the people doing the work should have a safe place to find each other, compare experiences, and take collective action without risking their jobs or reputations.
Together, workers can turn a whisper into a movement.
Like a flock of birds that shifts direction in an instant — no single bird leading, all moving as one — workers are strongest when they move together. One voice is easy to dismiss; a whole flock is impossible to ignore.
Unison is that place. Real names stay private. Only your anonymous handle appears in campaigns, pledges, and discussions. Whether you are curious, cautious, or ready to lead, you can start here without exposing yourself.
As support grows, the plan is to formally establish Unison as a non-profit organization, so it can serve workers independently and for the long term. Until then, it remains a free, independent tool built and run by its founder.
This tool is not affiliated with any employer, union, or political party. It is a labor of solidarity — built by someone who knows that big companies listen when workers stand together.
